How to alter the base prompt of your OpenAI bot?

In your chatbot library, click into the chatbot you want to change.

Then at the top left, click "Manage Chatbot". From there, you can alter the base prompt your Dropchat is using in combination with your external data sources.

By default, your Dropchat bot is being instructed to be a helpful customer support agent.

Click into the "Custom Prompt" field to edit it to your liking.
